Dan has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He began his career in the corporate headquarters of Wells Fargo Bank in the 401(k) investment department, where he specialized in the sale of 401(k) plans to Fortune 500 companies. Dan joined Merrill Lynch in 1997 as a retirement plan specialist, where he covered Northern California for small and mid-sized 401(k) plan sales. He left Merrill Lynch from 2000-2002 to become Manager of Business Development at an investment advisory software firm, before returning to Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor in 2003. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. Dan is fluent in Spanish.
