Deborah is a 25+ biologist and scientific project leader with extensive experience with both start-ups and large-sized companies. Her industry expertise spans chemical and biological R&D, agriculture, and biotech. She also is a project management coach and has helped many leaders develop healthy, agile and innovative organizations. Deborah's specialties include setting up governance and decision-making structures for new PMOs, diagnosing pain points to get teams back on track, and managing high-performance and cross-functional global project teams. Deborah received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from University or Oregon. She is fluent in French and open to international projects.
