Vivian is an environmental biologist and consultant with a strong foundation in water resource management and environmental compliance. She has conducted numerous nesting bird surveys to ensure compliance with environmental standards. She has also worked in water resources to help develop comprehensive water management policies focusing on hydrology engineering. Her experience also includes regulatory framework document preparation supporting water rights investigations across California as well as GIS mapping. Before graduating from UC Davis in Biology, Vivian's academic research focused on soil microplastics in agriculture and raptor studies. Vivian is fluent in French and open to international assignments.
